I often became skeptical to any religions, yes Islam too, because I usually thought too much and too far about the theoretical aspects of religions. It seemed like the only things that mattered to me were those theoretical aspects of religions, such as: What is God? Do religions have the same 'God' according to the history and their holy scripts? What makes religions often against each other radically? Is scientific religion necessary? And the list of questions went on and became more and more complicated. Those questions, which encouraged me to discuss and read more and more books, surely helped me to develop my knowledge, but somehow, those discussions and theoretical books also made my heart empty and cold.
The more I concerned about the theoretical things about religions, the more I felt empty. But, thanks to the video that I posted above, I finally realized that I forgot something important about religions. I forgot to put my attention more into "this thing". Something simple.
This video made me realized that the most important thing about religion is not as complicated as I thought. The essence of religion is to be the light for our lives, to lead us to be a better person who cares about others, who respects others, who brings peace to others, who'll live hand in hand with others, who'll help others that need help, who spreads love and peace. In short, it leads us to be a better person for ourselves and for people around us.
I feel so stupid. I mean, there's nothing wrong with discussing or reading books about religions. We need to do that so that we do know what we believe in and do not have faith just because we're born under our parents' faiths. But, in my case, I spent almost all of my time to satisfy my mind not my soul. I sought answers of those theoretical questions about religions like crazy, but I forgot to see and adjust the essences of religion into my life.
In other words, this video helps me to warm up my cold heart and ignorant mind. It always be a great reminder for me that the most important thing that we should do as a religious is not about having an extensive knowledge about our religions, but it's about adjusting the essences of our religions to our life, so that we can be a better human being and be the light for other people.
PS:*I know, it's an Islamic song, but I tried to make this article as general as I could. So, although, we may believe in different faiths, I hope you can still sense the essence of this article.. :)

So I just found a really touching story on Tumblr and I really wanna share it with you guys. It seems real but I don't now whether it's an actual event or just a fiction. But, in spite of it, it has a really great message, and I want you to get that message too. I also can't give a credit to the person who wrote it, I can't find the main source. All I can say is it's not my writing, I just copied it from Tumblr.

The Story of Kyle
One day, when I was a freshman in high school, I saw a kid from my class
walking home from school. His name was Kyle. It looked like he was
carrying all of his books. I thought to myself, “Why would anyone bring
home all his books on a Friday? He must really be a nerd.”
I had quite a weekend planned (parties and a football game with my friends tomorrow afternoon), so I shrugged my shoulders and went on. As I was walking, I saw a bunch of kids running toward him. They ran at him, knocking all his books out of his arms and tripping him so he landed in the dirt. His glasses went flying, and I saw them land in the grass about ten feet from him. He looked up, and I saw this terrible sadness in his eyes.
My heart went out to him. So I jogged over to him, and as he crawled around looking for his glasses, I saw a tear in his eye. As I handed him his glasses, I said, “Those guys are jerks. They really should get lives.” He looked at me and said, “Hey thanks!” There was a big smile on his face. It was one of those smiles that showed real gratitude.
I helped him pick up his books and asked him where he lived. As it turned out, he lived near me, so I asked him why I had never seen him before. He said he had gone to private school before now. I would have never hung out with a private school kid before, but we talked all the way home, and I carried his books.
He turned out to be a pretty cool kid. I asked him if he wanted to play football on Saturday with me and my friends. He said yes.
We hung out all weekend, and the more I got to know Kyle, the more I liked him. And my friends thought the same of him. Monday morning came, and there was Kyle with the huge stack of books again. I stopped him and said, “Boy, you are gonna really build some serious muscles with this pile of books everyday!” He just laughed and handed me half the books.
Over the next four years, Kyle and I became best friends. When we were seniors, we began to think about college. Kyle decided on Georgetown, and I was going to Duke. I knew that we would always be friends, that the miles would never be a problem. He was going to be a doctor, and I was going for business on a football scholarship.
Kyle was valedictorian of our class. I teased him all the time about being a nerd. He had to prepare a speech for graduation. I was so glad it wasn’t me having to get up there and speak.
On graduation day, I saw Kyle. He looked great. He was one of those guys that really found himself during high school. He filled out and actually looked good in glasses. He had more dates than me and all the girls loved him! Boy, sometimes I was jealous. Today was one of those days. Lately, I feel so tired with what the Merlin BBC's writers did towards Morgana character. I mean.. OK. She's villain. But why can't they show Morgana's feeling as a 'human'. She already got so much pain, but yet, the show only shows her as an evil with no heart.
Let's call a memory when Morgana was a really brave, strong, and skilled young woman who always stands for justice even if she has to stand against the King. A person who's really care about other people and would sacrifice her own life for other people who need help.
As a king's ward, she grew up alongside with the King's hatred towards magic. She had seen how King Uther had no mercy towards people who have magic even if it's just a kid. Under his power, King Uther would sentence people who have magic to death without any hesitation. No wonder, in her mind, magic was something terrifying and something dangerous.
But one day, she realized that she has magic. She got so many prophetic dreams which saved Arthur's life several times. She felt terrified alone. She asked Gaius' help, but the only Gaius gave to her was medicine to make her sleep properly. Gaius tended to ignore the fact that Morgana has the gift. She also trusted Merlin but Merlin never reveals the fact that he also has magic. He chose to keep his magic secret and let Morgana felt lonely because she thought she's the only one in the castle who has magic and has to suffer alone to protect herself from Uther's hatred towards magic. Because of this, she made some mistakes. She trusted Morgause, Mordred, and Alvarr as the ones who can accept her with her magic as her allies and began to against the King for their rights in order to be able to live just like normal people. In the end of her 'kindness' story, she got the fact that Merlin, the one who she trusted to; the one who she's willing to sacrifice her life in order to save his village, tried to poison her. Tried to kill her. As the time goes by, Morgana chose to against Camelot openly. She nearly killed several times and when she's near to death, Aithusa, a baby dragon, saved her life.
In an untold time, Morgana and Aithusa got locked under a pit for 2 YEARS because they have magic by someone who hasn't been revealed yet. For 2 years, the only things that they both had were darkness and each other. Seeing the fact that Aithusa can't speak, it's a possible thing if they were tortured when they locked under the pit too.
Just imagine Morgana's PoV.

We live in a circumstance where people fear us and keep hating us just because something that we born with. Something that is the part of us. Something that we can't choose. Our fate. But those people do not care about that. They still see us as a 'monster'. They haunt us. They torture us. They want to kill us. The ones who we think will stand on our side, betray us. We feel alone and only have fear as a friend.
But then, there are some fellow 'monsters' who openly accept us for who we are. We never felt alone anymore because we finally have people to rely on, people who'll lend their shoulder to us whenever we need, people who give us love while the other only give us hatred and ignorance. We feel so attached to them and want them to be 'free' too. We want us to live in freedom without any fear anymore. We're willing to do anything in order to make it happen. Although it means we have to against our so-called old 'friends' who let us felt alone and afraid.
In the process, we lost those fellow 'monsters', only one left. We both are tortured by people for a really long time. We can't see anything but the dark. Our fellow monster is so traumatized that can't talk. We gain strength by ourselves. We can't believe other people anymore because the pain that they've given to us is too much. The pain makes us blind to see light because it only gives us darkness.
But one day, the another fellow friend appears in front of us with a smile on his face. We feel so happy that he's still alive. We look back to our master plan and will try to make it happen once again in, together. But in the end, the another fellow friend also betrays us, tries to kill us, and chooses to stand by our old friends' side. So, here we go. Alone again. There's only our beloved fellow friend who cannot speak and is in a really terrible condition because of the previous torture. We have to be stronger for each other and do anything to make a better place for us.

See how much pain she has? I think showing Morgana as a 100% evil is not a good thing for me. It's more interesting if they can show us Morgana's complicated side. At least, show us how painful it is for her to live as a person she is now. But no, they only show us, the audiences, her evilness, her smirk, her cruel and brutal plans. That's all. It makes most of the audiences hate her and forget that she feels pain too inside. People keep hating on her and wish her death.
Oh, it's what every villain deserves to get, duh! Death. Fair enough, right? They're evil. *sarcasm*
I personally never like the idea if human villains should be shown 100% evil,
But yeah, society will never be blamed over this. Society is innocence. They just can't be satisfied. *sarcasm*
So, I think writers should not forget this humane part of their villains. If they wanna create a human villain, no matter what, their human villain is still a human, and human has a heart to feel although a little. Show that humane side to the audience, I think it will be more interesting and realistic.
No one in this world is 100% angelic nor 100% devilish.
So, today's the last day of our preparation class.
Actually, I'm not sure whether I'm ready or not for the real test on December or maybe January. I still have so much 'homework' to do in order to get the score that I need. Wish me luck..

Parents should be the ones who lead us in life. The ones who guide and remind us when we choose the wrong path. The ones who give us loads of affection and love. The ones who always be by our sides when the whole world leaves us. The ones who will smile widely when they see us succeed in life and the ones who will lend their shoulders when we fail.
This video just hurts me a lot inside.
I never thought before that a parent could be that evil. I mean, look at her eyes. They're full of pain and trauma. See how she still brings some guns with her everywhere. See how insecure she is. And those pains were caused by her own FATHER. A figure that should be the one who protects her, the one who should stand for her safety and sake.
I just wanna say to everyone who wanna be a parent, and especially to you Steven, Brie's 'father, please treat your children with love and affection. Remember, as parents, you are the only figures that your children have to shelter to. Imagine how painful it is for them if the only figures that they have to rely on, betray them and even hurt them deeply. When you hurt them, they may survive at the moment but the pains that they felt will remain forever and even can be worse as the time goes by.
I can't imagine how hard she's tried this far to move on and get rid from her trauma. But I can tell that she's such a strong woman. One of the strongest women I've ever known. She deserves a better life after all that she's been through in her life.
To Brie: Stay strong, keep looking ahead, and don't ever look back anymore if it only hurts you. You're a really steadfast woman.

You know, most
of the people think that gummy smile is ugly and gross. Some people also call the
person who has a gummy smile as a horse-face. Some other people also say that
boys hate gummy smile, so it will be hard for a girl who has gummy smile to
find a boyfriend.
Actually, I have
a gummy smile. At first, I felt like I lost my confidence whenever I smiled,
because my gum’s showing (not like the others). I lost my confidence to smile
widely because I was too afraid if my gum showing.
But then, I
realized that I was wrong. As long as I smile sincerely and also happily, it
doesn’t matter if my gum’s showing. I do not fake a smile anyway… :P
It’s difficult
to find a lover just because I have a gummy smile?? Ahaha. It even doesn’t
bother me at all. I do not want a man who does not love me for who I really am
to be my lover, though. So, if most of the men out there do not like my gummy
smile, it’s just not a problem for me. I will never go for the plastic surgery
only to get men’s attention. Never, ever!
So, for those
who have gummy smiles, just be confident in yourself and don’t give a damn for
those depressing points of view about gummy smile. There are still a lot of
people out there who respect you for who you really are, not for your
look and appearance.

I think it's a place or situation where we never find any risks. A place or situation where we feel comfortable the most.
Good, huh?
But be careful. It also can be a trap.
I, personally, think... when I feel so comfortable that I won't start a new 'adventure' in my courage zone, then, I'm in a trouble.
Why? Because it means I go nowhere. I'm not developing. I just stuck on the same situation for a long time, and it means I'm wasting my time.
I prefer to leave my comfort zone for a while and start to meet new people, new situation, etc, if I think my comfort zone becomes too comfortable for me.
My lecturer once said when we decide to start a journey in our courage zone and we are able to survive in that courage zone, sooner or later, that courage zone will be a new part of our comfort zone, and it means a good thing, because our comfort zone is growing bigger and bigger.
I really keep what my lecturer said in mind. I've started several new journeys in my courage zone since I was in my second year. It wasn't easy at first, but in the end, I got so many advantages. I got lots of new friends, lots of new experiences, lots of lessons, and I also succeeded to decrease my fear over new things little by little.
And now, I feel so excited because, after my graduation, I'll start a new journey again in my courage zone.

An optimist is not someone who has no fear about anything. It's someone
who has a fear or worry about something but still be able to see a
possible chance to realize it and also has courage to make it happen.
Yesterday, my English teacher gave me a question. Just a simple question though, but it was hard for me to answer it properly.
The question was.. "Are you an optimist or a pessimist?".
I didn't really know, at that time, whether I'm an optimist or a pessimist.
In the deepest of my heart, I know that I have a lot of worries about anything, but still I'm also a risk taker. I'm afraid of some things, but still, I usually motivate myself to face anything in front of me no matter what the consequences, as long as I believe in myself.
I had no Idea..
I wanted to answer that I'm a challenger because I feel excited about something new or challenging and I just want to focus on my goal, not on the consequences nor the achievements afterward. But "Challenger" was not an option. I had to choose. Pessimist or optimist.
Then, the time's up. I had to answer that question. God!
Finally, I answered, "I'm not really sure whether I'm an optimist or a pessimist. But, maybe I'm a little bit closer to an optimist..."
Yeah.. I bravely, not really that brave actually :P , said that I am closer to an optimist because I thought a challenger was similar to an optimist.
In my opinion, a challenger is a person who know the risk of doing something, but still have a courage to do it because this person believe in himself or herself, and do the best to reach the goal.
And an optimist... I think my previous description about an optimist is wrong.
