When people talk behind your back, when they tell wrong stories about you to other people, sometimes all you need to do is doing nothing.
While doing nothing, you will see that there are people who won't fall for the rumor and stand up for you.
While doing nothing, you will see that some people will try to seek the truth behind the rumor and ask you directly for an answer.
While doing nothing, you will also see that some other people are actually enjoying the false story about you in silence. They don't even care if the rumor about you is right or wrong. They are just happy to have another gossip to talk about and to laugh to.
And while doing nothing, you will also see that certain people are busy fueling the rumor. The more people who fall into their lies the bigger smile they have on their faces.
By doing 'nothing'... You let other people show you their true color, their true faces, so that you will know who's worth your time and who's not.
Just let the time reveal the truth for you. Because God never sleeps and truth will always find a way to denote itself.

I'm not telling you to stay silent when someone harass you. You have to stand on your ground and never let anyone to push you down.
But, you need to remember that you can't make everyone love you. Being disliked by other people is not a big deal, especially if they dislike you for no reason.
Just focus on giving your love, attention and forgiveness to those who deserve it and don't forget to always be a better person every day. Just like the saying "Those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind". ;))
